AATM General Assembly 2013

 

AATM team is pleased to announce upcoming 3rd General Assembly of the Association to take place on May 6-10, 2013.

As the supreme governing body of the AATM, the Assembly is held biennially, and takes decisions of strategic importance. For convenience of the participants, this year the meeting will be held virtually, via electronic communication.

The agenda of the Assembly includes the following points:

    1. Approval of the Report on AATM activities for 2011-2012;

    2. Approval of the Financial Report 2011-2012;

    3. Re-election of AATM President and Board Members.

During the preparation stage all AATM members were contacted via e-mail with thorough information on the agenda and issues in focus and detailed instructions on their participation, giving them a reasonable amount of time to review the documents (General and Financial Report, and current candidates’ profiles), and to submit their motions (questions, comments and suggestions) and any additional nominations for positions on the Association’s governing bodies (President, Board Members, and Auditor).  
Elections and voting on the reports will start on Monday, 6th of May, 2013, and will be  active until 10th of May. Within this period the Voting Members of AATM will be able to use relevant links sent to them by e-mail for connecting to the electronic voting platform. Shortly after the voting is closed the resolution of the General Assembly will be published on the AATM website and social media platforms, as well as circulated via e-mail notifications.
